A heavy awakening after a disturbing dream. The blurred outlines of the hellscape were replaced by an image of the bedchamber in one’s own castle. The consciousness was buzzing, but the damned obsessive tune seemed to no longer torment it. Even those words have already been forgotten.

An attempt to stand up was met with an ubiquitous aching pain, as if just after a difficult battle or as if the body had lain unconscious for a week. The attention was immediately drawn to a bored bird in the aviary with a letter, which had already pecked almost all of the food. Urgent message from the warlord: some problems with the Inferno demons on the distant borders. Dated a week earlier. One could only hope that one of the faithful followers had taken the initiative and come up with some plausible explanation for the lack of an answer. No one would want to do this face-to-face at the next summit.

The gaze slid to the side, catching a glimpse of a certain object on the table - a ritual dagger made of dark metal. It seemed familiar - and at once a pang was felt in the chest. The hand began to ache and itch, as if it was burnt, and automatically reached out for the mysterious weapon. And only once the fingers firmly grasped the handle did the unpleasant sensations subside - immediately and completely. It’s as if the body has awakened from a deep slumber, full of energy and inner strength. Even the surroundings began to look somehow different, a little brighter and more contrasting. A slight involuntary smile appeared, and a muffled echo of female laughter, alarmingly malicious, was reflected in the consciousness. An abrupt head shake quickly dispelled the frightening echo. It seemed to be just the sound of a hunting horn in the distance, outside the window. Perhaps it was time to return to the usual noble deeds.

Lords and Ladies! The alarming news of the invasion of the Inferno demon army turned out to be slightly exaggerated. The threat was quickly contained and completely eliminated. There are no more reasons to unnecessarily worry.

Those who succumbed to a temporary obsession and gave free reign to their blazing ruthlessness, by destroying the enemy at the 10th battle stage on the map, received a special artifact, the durability of which depends on the number of event points earned:
