for crys41: doesn't only chaos magic reset counter ?
Incorporeal:
Physical attacks including Magic punch spell against this creature are only 50% likely to be successful. After two consecutive misses, third physical attack will hit, and vice versa. Any spell cast on this creature resets the counter.

So can be any, including holy (if an ally is on the battlefield).

where should I spend my new stat point?

and how about talents?
for a lvl 7 id go for basic darkness and the one that allows mass delay, thats what i used and it seamed to be fairly good

i never used it :) so im not sure :)
I was going basic def+ erudition to be honest. Fairly good too. But it all end up in your playstyle and whether you use def arts (thus taking basic darkness) or min ap (thus taking basic def + erudition)
my problem is that I have only 1 sp without basic erudition, so mass delay is pretty ineffective! Should I reset my stats?
you dont seem to have much money so i would sujest sticking with wat you have and save money for infected zombies
well, actually I havn't enough money for a full pvp set, so I'm saving money and just hunting / playing min ap fight. If I had money for a reset, should I go for 50 mana and the rest SP?

I would still stick to might necro at your level. But the way i see it at your level, is that i would gather money for faction change so as to build some faction resistances by building other faction castles. Your level is ideal. It is increasingly difficult to build resistances at later levels as castles cost way too much money. So start saving, do low xp fights every 10 enrolls and start building other castles. That way you will feel and be more competitive at later levels.
Resistance already? Thought it was too early! How about "caster" gear? I may compensate my low spell power with:

I see, basic def + erudition is bad?

It may not turn out bad at Hunters' guild 3,But as your Hunters' guild level increases you will find it less and less useful than some other talents like Nature wheel or dark wheel.

Try using Basic nature magic+dominion of life especially with the amount of mana and spell power you have. (at level 7)

Nature and Dark talents with some erudition added in, will be the most used talents by you for hunts/MQ,at any level.

For pvp, defence talents are okay.

For gear is better might or magic?
might artifact is always cheaper.

magic artifact is not recommended since you were not rely on SP to deliver heavy damage.

you can just adjust your hero parameter with potion, it is cheaper way in long term

How can I handle a donor? Over 500 dmg with wardens...

Its hard if u have some luck with ghosts and live until they reach wardens then you won
