Your current talents are good for pve & some pvp.

You can also try magic for dual or gb. Take basic/adv chaos & expert sorcery & elemental call.

Is it better to maximise minotaur soldiers or shrews? and for talents go with Basic offence + leadership + rally or expert offence + cold blade?

Consider PvE and PvP separately.
