as level 13 necro, is 2 luck rings better than the 2 dragon eye rings for duels?
no way - at least if you don't fight with ap restrictions
how about 1 ring of luck and one dragon eye? is 1 luck better?
1 luck simply can't compete with +3 attack and +3% ini. Due to attack beeing higher than def most of the time +3 attack does not equal +15% dmg but even if you already surpass def by 20 points these +3 attack still lead to an increased damage of 7.5% together with the ini bonus thats still better than the ring.

The only competitive luck item for high level necs is the beast bane charm (att +3, luck +1, ini +3%)
well... I see your point Ranor, but when attack is much higher than defense (>20 difference), then I think the luck would be better. Ini is nice, but 3% ini won't be as good as 2.5% (or more) extra damage. I would say that it may be better for (attack - defense) between 20 and 30, and definitely better if it's even larger. (Basically, only in low tier hunts and some merc quests).
I think that if you really want to be a good player(especially for necromancer) you should learn chess first!!!!!!! and then use that knowledge here
for example. because mega0impact has no tg, in duels whether the extra init from arts will not make any difference anyway since his shooters alsways go last ( a huge disadvantage against elves other necros etc)
for that reason im asking if the ring of luck might be better since the extra init might not be really useful.
that is assuming he gets unblocked...

true enough for hunts luck can do the trick. But he was asking about duels and I think 20 more attack than def is already a high value under these conditions. Of course I also estimate ini very high, because in a duel the advantage to go first is worth much more than 10% damage.

If one has no bonus from TG to ini, then luck might be a good choice if attack surpasses defense with more than 10. But to be honest I prefer stable damge output over luck, as you never know when it will trigger (obviously thats the point).
While back I asked about these Skeleton Reserves, and now I must say I dont understand anything...
First I was told in hunts, tournaments and everything I loose 20% (or 25% not sure) and in Group Battles if they die, I loose them all.
So each time I win hunt I use the raise to get them back before killing the enemy...
And now in Group Battle I won and I wanted to raise before the end but I didnt manage to, so I won and all Skeletons died...
And I look at Recruitment and they are all alive... ??

Can someone explain to me the Skeleton Reserves again?
I apologize I didnt see that I have 48 in reserve, and I only recruit 18 I think, so I must have had more and didnt see it :)
Do you have any good tactics for those Monster MGs for lvl 6?
try to restrict yourself to low tier monsters preferably shooters with melee penalty, then you can kill them with vamps due to low dmg output. Of course this only works the first time that you kill that specific monster, for the rest you will have to wait until you get infected zombies.

I wanted to ask about Vampires, their drain life
I noticed against some of the enemies they did not drain life, its logical that we cant drain life from Other Necro troops cause they are not alive.
But I just did a battle against some Wizzard troops and didnt drain life.
Is there an explanation, a list of creatures we cant drain life from?
Like mechanical, elemental maybe?

At level 6, Is a might build good?

If yes then, where should I invest my skill points?
If you can already claim infected zombies your own a might build is feasible, especially for ambushing. Otherwise I would recommend staying with the raise build until level 8.
