Hello Warriors' Guild!
I've been reading your posts here, and I've also checked out your website. I really like what I see, and I appreciate the maturity you desire to bring to the game. But I have a confession - I am one of those players who plays at his work desk, and so I can't guarantee that I won't go AFK. :-(
However, I would very much like to join your forum, so I can exchange ideas and participate in the discussions you are having. Also, some day when I'm not lame and I play only at home, I would be very interested in joining!
Is there any way I can have some sort of pseudo-membership status to allow for this? Maybe a Warrior's Guild lame-squire? ;-P

I won't comment over someone playing online games at work... But if you want to comply to Warriors' Guild rules, you can always choose to do hunts, mercs quests and other PvM battles if you are not sure to play a battle from start to finish.
You can be AFK as often as you want if it does not affect any other player.
There is no pseudo-membership status. But you can always read our forum for free! |

**** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ***
The Warriors' Guild membership fee is about to rise to 2500 GOLD.
This rise is necessary to give value to membership of the top clan of Lords of War and Money (giving access to an unmatched range of services!) and to fund better events for all members.
Remember that we have no tax.
The change will take effect on February 2nd.
So if you want to join the clan for the current price of 750 gold, you have up to February 1st, midnight, to do so.
Hurry, it's time to make your move! |

Higher? Yes. Very high? You must be kidding. It's not even the price of a single Meteorite shard on the market.
It might be something if you are level 3, but becomes less impressive when you have been in the game for longer.
The price of 750 gold was too low to give us any flexibility for invitation program, and the "threat" of being kicked out of a clan when paying such a small fee to join was just laughable.

I think that the 2500 gold invite is a good idea.
Look at it from this point of view, if someone pays 2500 to join a clan then they aint going to want to waste that gold are they. So they are going to be more inclined to keep to the rules. |
There was an extensive discussion behind fee raise, the decision didn't come out of blue.
And now, with higher fee, we can at last reward our recruiters =)
