Sounds goofy. What if a 0 FSL Necromancer drinks it and fights against someone with 12 FSL whatever? Will the necro magically get tons of skeletons? What about 0 FSL Knights? XD

If I understand it right the fsl determines the amount of damage a creature can absorbe with his rage points as maximum. 50%+2%*faction skill level
The new "spells" can be learned in the "combat school". 2 new war cries on level 5, 10 and 17.
Btw as talents the steppe barbs have offense (7 points), defense (9), leadership (9), fortune (10), erudition (9) and memory of blood (6, the central talent) |

| If you are from the US here is some help. Go to Rite aid or walgreens. Buy Zeevex gaming cards and load them on their website.
