I am a paying supporter of this game, and I have spent many euros here because I enjoy this game.
But my younger brother crazyguy has been warned about transfers to me, and I want to speak to someone about it. He is allowed to be in my clan as per the rules of this game.
We have both written to the secretary to reverse his decision of fining him 1,000 gold (yes it is not a large sum, but wrong is wrong, no matter what) and threatening to ban his account if he continues to pay his clan dues.
I play this game to have fun with my friends and family. I want some customer support...I think I've paid good money for it. |

| No way for admins to know if he's your brother or mult. If it's transfers that are problem - exclude them. If it's your brother, you can keep him in clan for free, no? |
I can't keep him in clan for free, or that is unfair to everyone else.
He pays normal dues like everyone else, not more...in any case, the fact remains that we sometimes log from the same IP. I was going to buy him some Elite FKs for his birthday, but with that threat looming over his head, I can assure you my interests in buying anymore diamonds are nil unless I get a satisfactory response.
If none is given, then things will have to move forward. He won't be in clan, and I won't be spending a dime on this game until there is some sort of customer support for our monies. |

Not about special privs shebali. This is about Customer Support.
Heck, multis don't send a measly 1,000 gold a week to their main accounts. They send more.
All I want is someone on the other end of the line. Quite simply, I can't buy my brother EFKs if he is in danger of being banned because they admins think he is my multi.

If your combat level is below the 3rd and you can't use the private mail - either raise your level or ask your friends or clanmates. Contacting the Administration via "Queries & Help" is SENSELESS.
Still, no comment from the administration on this is pretty sad.

You probably won't get any response from them. Best way for you guys would be to stop the mutual transfers.

that is pretty messed up, that the 'secretary' does not reply to any players...for any reason...ever...
Or that the administration only sends "do not reply" messages, also, no communication. That is terrible business ethics, let alone not a very good community between those with the power--and those at the mercy of it. |
