if you click on a character and in the right top it says blocked, does it mean that this is forever?

| well only if it was blocked for rules violation, if someone asked for it to be blocked then changed their mind then they would unblock it, I read a thread recently where someone started a thread to block their account, then later in the thread changed their mind, an admin blocked that character, then reading the rest of thread unblocked the character |

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on different things: did you put in your info that you play from club? Did you have mutual transferes, did you break 30% rule... If you think your case is a strong one PM Secretary, explain the situation and wait. Otherwise just start a new char(s) and be sure to folow set rules this time. |
