You just have to work to get skill points in laborers guild.
When you hunt, you get hunters guild skill points.
To get points in Gamblers guild you have to play Tavern games.
Smith and enchanters guild points you can get at lv. 6.
Thieves' guild you have to be lv. 6. |

| every time you enroll a work, you will get one point in your laborer guids after one hour. You go to yellow lake, there is a public services, you click into it, you can either accept or decline the quest, everytime you finish a quest, you will get one point to your mercenaries point. But you better accept a quest when you reach level 5. |
