3.21. Any banking business or bookmaker activity is prohibited without gaining the appropriate license from Administration.
Banking business - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts or any other bank operations.
Bookmaker activity - taking bets on sports or other events with paying the winnings in money's worth.
