has anyone tried holy knight yet?
i have tried it but i was not satisfied with it.
first of all, where are the enhancements of the holy spells? the effects of the spells are as usual.
the troops are not as many as i had when i was playing in .com.
the units are even worse.
wardens cannot deal real good damage. they are not very useful in hunts or MG.
crusaders lose the stun effect and have lower hp.
i wonder if holy knight is better at ambush? |

i would say, you still dont get it.
red knight has its potential :) you have to discover it |
crusader get double strike.. very usefull
and wardens are very nice to kill running gargoyles :) much easier to beat wiz pvp now :)
and rapid 46% instead of 40% is just enough :)
stoneskin 14 instead of 12 is also nice.
plus having 2 mass spells or 1 mass spell + twilight at level 9 is very nice :)
maybe at lvl 10 you should try using phantom on warden and then mass bless in hunt :) |
anyone got an opinion on holy knight setup for Survival tourney at level 9/10
I tried magic and might both on lvl 9, magic worked better for holy knight.
didnt go well at all i think.
For level 10 I tried holy knight and magic only, i think it went pretty ok. only last wave i kinda screwed it up.. if i dont make top 3 by a few hundred points i'm gonna be mad at myself. |

for Lisbon:
Go for attack.If you go for defense the monk will just move far if some creature block him form shooting.
keep the crusader a step back,max wardens as there can do good damage and less griff as the are the first one to get killed. |
How to deal with demon with Hell fire?
There are just knocking me off.
I know about the fireball mistake but still there do great damage.

Use mass rapid or mass evasion first.mass chastise is useful in mid-game when you need extra dmg to finish game fast.
Don't split wardens- they become easy target for fireball, keep them as one or two stacks.
use range to kill melee to avoid hellfire,evasion shld save you from succubis for enough time. Use cavalry's ability to increase dmg (by running more tiles). |
| holy knight brutes are also quite useful u can make them do double strike if ur opponent doesnt hav any retaliation if iam right thats vry good in survival tournament |

Does anybody like CG, 15 lvl?
We have good results in monoparties.
Vocal skype will be good.
for Lisbon:
first of all it depends on your party and armour points.
If u wear crafted arts/sets only Attack.
If u've a nicely armoured mage and u're naked, u can hold more dmg in def.
NB usually u get less fp in def. |

i wonder if holy knight is better at ambush?
only in a couple one, but with restrictions and with many details.
I use 2 shemas for ambushes:
1. party with the same lvl (15) and equal equipment (we use 4x10 swords and simple shop armour without jewelry). Both Knights: Regular + Holy one, Attack + Fervor
2. party with the low lvl (9-12) with dark magic. DD mass delay is the best.
Light can be used in ambush, but not so efficient. |

Tried Holy knight in hunt..I copied another stack of warden and use my cleric to cast chastise on both of it..Then use hero cast mass blessing
