you can do some easy ones
like farmers raid {0}
and you can do some wizard / knight / darkelf vanguards
Skip the rest, and dont do the armys, its only a waste of your arts
3 battles, for in total like 200 xp and 0,6 skill points.... and 50 gold |

Enrolling. Not only it's completly risk-free and provides you with steady income, you also get more and more gold. I'm 17 hours away from LG 5 - when I reach it, I'll be able to earn 600 gold per hour =)
Oh, and don't forget the defence bonus :)

Use forum search, for one thing.
Low tier raids, low tier shooters-monsters, some armies, vanguards of wiz and knights should be doable for you. |

It depends on the quest. More or less easy quests have already been listed. The rest you have to try and decide for yourself if they are easy medium or hard. |
Every mercenary has a certain reputation in the guild, it affects the frequency of quest offers. Successful quests increase the guilds loyalty, while rejecting the quests or failing them decreases your reputation. Note that it is a lot harder to gain the guild's trust, than to lose it.
