Yesterday I tries 4-5 times...
Today I tried 4 times to buy it.
I press F5 reapeadetly until the textfield appeared.
I have a T3 here at my workplace and I'm really fast.
Now... I can understand I can miss it one time... maybe two times... but not all these times also because in the past I have always bought it also if I was slower...
I suggest the team to investigate this thing a bit... IMHO the smell of userscripts is in the air... |

U may try 4 times to buy it. but fail but try till u succeed.,

You don't need scripts to buy something - only moderately good connection, good timing and sertain reflexes.
Practice makes perfect - try again, or visit market. |
instead of pressing f5 repeatedly, try setting your clock according to the game's one, then press f5 only once after :59:59 appeared (or whatever the shift end hour is). only ONCE.
And don't forget that there are about 10-15 shields for sale at each turn (it depends o the LG level of workers), and some 800-1000 players online.. even if only 5% want to buy one, that's 40-50 people doing the same as you (and i don't count the resellers that buy several shields at a time) |

| On these 'hard to get' items, I just repair them when they're broken...why bother through the stress of having to wait hours to save a little gold. |
3 solutions to get one:
A) Move your house closer to the servers so your connection with the server will be faster
( start -> run -> cmd -> ping 124.217.251.234, that should be as low as possible, i have 300 and neither can I buy some
B) go to a party, come back at 4 or 5 am server time, then its easier
or
C) buy them at the market |

I would have preferred the option "a" but my name is not Sandokan and I fear Thugs and Tigers.
Moreover I don't like the option "b" because my parents don't leave me exit alone: they fear ambushes from thieves guild members.
I think "c" is the way. |
