| You are using your complete reserve in skeletons in battles. Dead reserve skeletons don't get fully restored after a battle. |

Lose too many men, do too many revives, end up with no skeletons :D
You can buy more in the market.

you shouldn't use your reserve in any battle under yellow, and should only use any when you have them upgraded to bowmen.
fight some fights w/o reserve and you will see them returning to normal |

it means you used your extra ones (came from battle or bought) and they are dead !
