Depends on situation. Bless in hunts is very good on bowmen, in groups - you might want to bless companion's units. Basicaly, the greater difference between min and max dmg, the more useful is bless. As such, casting it on sprites is useless.
Rapid is tricky because sometimes ini boost isn't enough to actually move a creature on atb scale.
I'd suggest you wait till level 5, try it yourself, and then i you feel more advice is in order ask in elf faction topic. |
