Can anyone please tell me how to train lower tier troops into higher tier troops after building the Training Chambers.

As your knight faction skill increases, so does your training skill.
Knight: 2 (51.40) +38.6
when you get to Knight: 3 you'll be able to recruit more troops. |
go to the recruit page.
Decrease the amount of your lower tier creature and you will be able to increase your higher tier creature. |
Training increase is automatic and won't see an explicit section or number.
On the recruit page you can play with the bars. Please note that there are limits with every creature tier, so at some point you can't increase anymore no matter what other creatures you decrease. |
