People keep saying that dark elves become very pro at lvl 7. However, dark elves seem to only get shrews at lvl 8. Therefore, why is it that dark elves are pro at lvl 7?

Because of talents. At level 7, most will recommend using basic leadership + rally, which will increase the number of your troops quite significantly. Rally is especially useful for DE because DE has strong low-tier troops, so each additional troop boosts the overall strength more. =)
As for your question about distribution of attribute points, you should check out the DE faction topic as Shebali suggested. Right now, there is some might vs magic discussion going on for level 7. |
