i understand that you can enchant weapons that is simple enought to understand. but as i am not an enchanter im not sure about armor enchant
what artifacts can i enchant, headgear, rings, shields, swords, cloaks, necklaces
also what is the maximum possible enchant on each artifact e.g. what is the maximum enchant for armor and rings e.t.c.
please help me out as i am a little bit stuck on this |

| ok. example. i have a weapon enchanted with 2*7. i want to enchant it to 4*10. enchater asks 1000 gold for each %. should i give him 40000 gold and (1+1)*10*4 and elements or 26000 gold and elements? |
