Woah, that's quite a long breath you got there. :O
Well you're quite right there. Only that you can't get faction level 10 because 9 is the maximum. And that it's not just for pvp but for caravans as well. |

Basically there are 7 factions at moment. For each 1 faction level you have in each of them when not playing as that faction, you gain 3% reduction from spells and physical damage i think. |
