| Which of the two parameters Morale and Initiative can help me to get my turns faster? |
Initiative allows your units to get their rounds faster.
Morale allows your units a chance to take more than 1 turn per round |
| so if I want my units to have their turns faster.......that is gap between two consecutive turns of a unit is reduced..........what should I buy.......2 Ring of inspiration that will give me +2 morale.........or.........2 Ring of impetuosity that will give me +4 % initiative? |

well. either is good. It really depends on what you want. Ring of Inspiration will make your morale go up and ring of impetuosity will make initiative go up.
Based on that you already have +2 morale, I would go for rings of inspiration. But that is just my preference... |
