The 30% thing is for GIFTS. You are not allowed to give cash/items to anyone that is more than 30% of what you own unless there is a good reason (birthdays and such do NOT count) | | You don't get fined for using market as a rule, no matter how much you spend. Of course, if you buy a wooden sword for 50k it will look suspicious. |
