| Any artifact can be enchanted. Check your smith to see what elements are needed, and what benefits they will provided. Btw, your transfer log deserves attention. |

Anyway, yes it's against the rules to transfer money and resources without any reason ther are some rules, haven't you read them?

Expecially rules 3.14 and 3.15. But probably you are a multi and admins could check your IP...
With meteorite shard and toadstool you can add a +1% earth damage to a weapon.
