| well, actually i guess that you could have kept them kotrin since the value of the items you recieved would be less than 30% of his value but set sveta got about 95% or so :D |
3.14. Large transfers without cause and description are prohibited. All debts must be returned one month after receiving, or else the transaction will be regarded as violation of par. 3.6. When giving or returning debts, providing the transfer description is compulsory.
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the monetary property of the character per month. Monetary property is considered: gold + seven primary resources (wood, ore, mercury, sulfur, crystals, gems, leather) only. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. transferred as gifts are valued at market price. |
In elements, gold and resources: 900 000
In artifacts about: 200 000-300 000. |
Well I think it's fair play to return it, since it is not fair to other players.
Therefore I want to give Kotrin my compliment for returning it already. I hope that Set_Sveta also returns the gifts, so that it's not neccessary to give bans.

Third-party comments are allowed only for providing additional facts about the affair, or for replacing the link to warlog with the more readable battlechat. Removed everything from those rules that does not apply to you. Last sentence of 3.14 is violated, therefor 1 month period does not apply.
For the sake of completion, a 100k loan is also still outstanding (but not yet due):

3.15.1. Weekly clan taxes mustn't exceed 300*[character combat level] gold. The maximal term for advance payment is 1 month, it is illegal to prepay and to collect taxes for longer periods.1) It was donation not only for me, so it was for clan.

It truly amazes me, that no one has ever 'found' a simple way how to let his/her urge to express out. Want to discuss an application? Share your thoughts? Argue? Not in CaA though - create a separate topic in Off-game instead, and debate there 'to death' (if you'd like to =)

Do such descriptions exist in this case?
Someone Donated a dagger to my clan (Every rental goes into clan treasury) and it is clearly marked on his log and mine, and on clan page.
But yea, clan donations are clearly not under any rules at this time (especially since so many people are donating heavy gold for the war clan upgrade coming soon)
