sorry if this is in wrong forum
just wondering, i have seen a certain player who is level 2
almost level 3 with 4 faction level on knight, level 3 necro, level 6 wizard level and level 5 dark elf and demon.
he also has 98 pages full of losses from hunts he has level 3 hunter, level 5 labourer and level 7 gambler guild
anyway my question is this allowed?

Depends...
Contractual combat is forbidden. A contractual combat is a combat involving multiple players and where one side loses a priori.
But losing voluntarily in solo hunts or mercenary quests is fine. |

Losing to other players on purpose is not allowed.
Losing in solo hunts, merc quests, and caravans are okay.
