| I've assisted in many Hunts, and to date, I have never received a single Gold for my efforts; even though many times, I have shared half the gold I receive with players who have assisted me. I think the developers should program it so both players in a Hunt receive half the gold. |
| the idea is to ask people if they will share gold. if u play well and then ask for gold most players will share. its like if someone helps me in a hunt if i have specifically requested their presence i will give them half gold. if sum1 helps and fights well if they ask for the gold most of the time i will share as long as they werent like semi afk or something. i guarantee if u ask u will get more than nothing. i mean yes not everybody shares but some kind hearted players will if u ask. also check profile before helping as some players write that they will not pay assisters in their profile which is fair enough. just remember to ask |

Then the balance is equal, debit and credit are both 0
and about 50 gold, who cares...

@ Omega22 - I don't ask for assists that often. In most them I have shared, although I admit I have forgotten in a few instances. But still, no one has ever shared the gold with me when I assist them. :-(
@ Sven91 - Yes, I guess not ever sharing the gold or ever receiving any either would be one solution; but it just seems like the fairest thing would be having the gold divided between both players in an assisted hunt. Enrolling at a Factory or Mine pays 175-205. That's not any where near 10 times the gold earned from enrolling. It's about half the amount of enrolling.
Most of the Hunts I fight give between 90-200 gold. The toughest usually give more. Getting half the Gold would make assisting in Hunts much more attractive to players. Gold sharing in assisted Hunts should be an automatic part of the game, just like sharing experience. |
I dont recieve gold too..the server become just somehow...selfish.
But you are right, automatic sharing of gold would be fine..maybe one little thing is bothering. If your "helper" is barely there, half afk, doing stupid moves, shooting/ blocking your soldiers, he would get some gold anyway with this rule. |

| No. Sharing should be voluntary. Gold distribution should be left to the players, not built into the game. Besides, the chance to loot Hunter artifacts is incentive enough to help in hunts. I'd gamble 140 gold per battle to get a chance to get Hunter arts. Hell, I'm even thinking of paying people to invite me in hunts even if just to stand there and do nothing. |
For 8. I don't think you understand that hunters arts arn't that frequent and so you may as well buy them on the market and save your gold!
As for the main point; The concept is sound but i think exp and skill points is enough of an incentive. If people want to share then thats their choice and you have to take that risk. If you don't like the risk and exp isn't enough then don't help others!!! |
9. According to my information the chance to get an art is pretty good. For level 5 hunter it should be 3+5=8%
100/8=12,5, if one hunt costs 100 gold, then for 1250 gold you get one free random hunter art worth 500-25 000 gold+ you get about 2,5 skill points, 1,2 HG points, your own prey doesnt rise on numbers and you get some exp too.
So later it is better to assist than to hunt alone..in a long run, with enough patience. |
Ok fair point but I have never won an art worth 25000 gold! And paying others to join their hunts is a bit extreem.(you can join all my hunts for 500 gold lol)
But I still think it should be your choice if you wan't to share gold! |
As stated above, yes there are reasons for it.
Arts worth 25 000 gold...neither have I..best thing that fell to me was master hunter amulet, but great hunter things are rare and only for those with HG 5 and more. I had about 4 hunts after reaching level 5 today, so thats why no GH things yet. :-) |
@ Grusharaburas - WHAT! The only person who gets the benefit of looting a Hunter's Artifact is the one who initiated the Hunt, not the assistant! The assistant get little more than NOTHING! A crummy ½ point in the Hunter's Guild. Pathetic!
Why should anyone assist with such little reward? This is totally SCREWED! I'm never gonna assist again until the developers give me some kind of reward. So far all I get for assisting is ½ point in the Hunter's Guild and then a decrease in the Durability of ALL my Artifacts. Not a very good deal! :-( |

| @ 14 Grusharaburas is correct. You DO have the potential to get a hunter, master and great art from ASSISTING (depending on your able to get). While I agree we should share loot, unfortunaltly it is not apart of the game. But then again, maybe it is a good things as alot of times I have been assisted by a sorry assister. But either way, Lords of the Hunt is dedicated to this cause of sharing loot. I believe it is the only one of its kind, for now, I am a member. |

You appear to have ignored this post. Why don't you just ask for half of the gold? You can't really be accused of being greedy, as arts do cost money, and you can tell them you need money for arts. Most of the time, when I ask for half of the gold in assists, I get it.

@ Anyone - I have asked if the person I'm assisting would share. No reply, no Transfer, NO GOLD! All I get is a lousy ½ point in Hunter's Guild & a Decrease in my Artifact's Durability. Nothing else! Creepy cheapskates! Take your help but then don't share the gold! Until this is fixed, I won't be assisting anymore Hunts!
