I wondered a long time: what's exactly the point of the gifts from the artifact shop? the most of them cost huge amounts of money and seem to have little effect...
is it allowed to give gifts away and thus ignoring rules? |

aha... which ones...??? i can only see Presents that do the same as normal artifacts, give lets say, a bonus of +2% on initiative and cost a multitude of the regular ones...
except that they have relativ low level requirements there's no significant benefit for their high cost. |

| these are for people that you'd like to make a good thing. They know they're quite high priced so you know they "care of you" :) Anyway, maybe some boy/girlfriend are giving each other things like these. |
