Strange question I know.
The most of games I play are TG quests.
I noticed that the bigger problem i ofter occur in is Lightning Spell cast by incredibly strong Hero .
Something like 165 dam x hit .
Running demons this means that every hit is 1 unit killed.
I currentily run something like 11-13 ap arts with an hauberk , and I have some difficulties increasing ap number due to its cost (lab guild lv 3) and I can t decrease mission rate because of my rent contract.
In your opinion should I run a cape of wind instead of Hauberk? Or simplier, do you have a better art build than mine for the same costs? |

for thieving really u need more arts preferably a steel set this gives good defence a cape of winds is probably good if u are having difficulty with ligtning. really u should have both. for thieving really u need as many arts as u can afford
*p.s. i happen to rent steel sets out for a good price but im not advising this just to sell. i have been advised to use steel by many high level players, and steel worked out cheaper than the arts i was gonna use. |
| If u mean steel armor etc, well I m lv 6 and I cannot wear them. Hauberk is the better armor i can wear |
| oh yeah sorry i didnt realise u should try both hauberk and cape of winds. really u should get as many arts as u can afford, pref equilibrium blade it is better than reprisal sword. dont worry about cost thieving will be expensive. planning my thieving in advance i am gonna need a whole heap of gold into the 100s of thousands |
Eh the problem is I cannot go "under the bridge". For example , if in 1 hour i earn 350 with Labor , i cant spend 351 .
I should do a really serior calcol about arts costxgame and compare them with my labor lv. This will set my arts limit |
If you must make a choice, i would go for the hauberk. It's usefull in all of your ambushes while the cloack is only used against DE, wizard and some elfs.
I've looked at your combat log, and the lighting spell doing 165 damage came from the "special" DE caravan (fielding only lizard and hydras).
It's the only caravan where the hero has different stats. A lot more def and SP, but lower attack.
I've also struggled against it as a DE. Only beating it after loosing 3-4 times. |
| Imo, go with hauberk. Considering the dmg lightning does chances are you won't even notice CoW's effect. |
