This topic had been asked sometime.There is no proper instrution written.So this is the one.
-First of all,collect 30,000 gold.
-Go to Great Capital
-Paid 10,000 gold in the Clan resgitry
-Fill in your clan name and their purpose(What you want to do with it?)benefit(What you want to offer[repair and enchant for example])
-Wait and keep the 20,000 gold in your pocket
-The 20,000 gold will automactic taken away from you.
Okay,once you get your clan.
You can invite somebody.
Invition cost is not because that Clan Leader are greedy or something but there is an invition for all clan.
- HOW to invite?
Put at least 500 gold in your clan's treasury(Despoit)(You cannot send in resources)
Then go to invite people.Go to inviation.Type in the name that somebody you want to invite.
Once invition sended,ask him/her to accept the invition in the newsboard in his/her character page under log out.
- HOW to give fancy nickname/Status/rank to him?
Once you invite somebody,you can put how are they(Sick/on vacation etc),Fancy nickname(Blood seeker) or rank(Commander).
Go to member.Found out that guy's name and type in his status.
- WHAT are those special things that I can tick on(Treasurer,Recruiter,Herald and Chronicler.)?What they do?
Leaders can shared their power in clan and give jobs to the special members.In this case,they can give contribution to the clan.They are suspose to give to people that leaders can trust.
Treasurer-There is only 1 treasurer in the whole clan.Treasurer can despoist or withdrawn golds into the clan.
Recruiter-They can increase repopulation.They can also evict people except for leaders.
P S:I m not sure,I think recruiter can give fancy name as well.
Chroincler-They can send mails to the whole clans.Ussually,they help leaders to deliver messages or orders.
Herald-They can edit Clan info.
So if somebody had all the ranks,they almost as powerful as leader.

Once you submit your application for a clan (and paid the 10k). There is no turning back.
- You cannot withdraw your application
- You cannot change the name of your clan from what you have previously submitted
If it is not clear from above, each invitation costs the clan 500 gold from its treasury. That is why Clans ask for membership fees and everything, to maintain the cost of doing this. | Oh and DONT SEND THE MONEY TO SECRETARY.
