as knights are naturaly slow you will get attacked more often than you will attack others. so defense is a good choice. on the other side, as i said, you will attack others just a few time - and when you do you want to hurt them... so attack is a good choice too =)
i went for a balance between A & D.
spells aren't THAT important for knights (the still can win you a battle though). |
I see most folks play high attack with Knights levels 1-9.
Level 10+ most knights focus more on the Def.

Agree.
The reason being is that lower level knights focus on attack from their bowmen. Knight units have naturally higher defense than most other faction units, so more defense isn't really necessary.
Higher level knights start to focus their attacks away from their bowmen (or xbow) and thus rely on defense a bit more. |
