As far as I see this game can be played only by those who are next to net pretty often. But If I would like to play game just in some weekends then i have problems with money (labor guild low) cannot afford any arts and so on.

My Idea is to give each active player 1000 gp/week (payouts take place in Sunday midnight if player log in particular week (it is not a big money but it will keep players to come back and log in at least 1 time a week)
For low lvl and part time player it is good money for active player it is just bonus.

So what you think?
This would allow those who cannot frequently enrol a chance to do some serious battles at the weekend and though I'm not sure the admins will go for it, I think it would be good for the game to grow.

The game already offers a great way to get gold to those who can't spend much time enrolling - donation.

if you only play weekends, you still only enroll while your playing, what do you think everyone does, just enrolls weekdays so they can fight at weekends?

Plus if you only play at weekends, you're fighting less, level less, but you still get the same things for the effort you put in, if you spend 5 hours a day at the weekend, in 14 weeks you'd have got exactly the same as someone who put in 5 hours per day for 2 weeks, everything is still in the same proportion no matter how much or when you play

I agree hat there is way to get money by donating (but inactive player will never donate), but If you keep (or make him log in one per week to get some advantage then)in some time they might become active or they might show this game to someone who might like it.

And every one will get the same amount of money it is just a way to make someone return. (mainly beginners)

only thing i`m a bit curious is the market price for the stuff will go up on Mondays. It should be like that.

Donating Diamonds to get money in game is spending real money outside the game. 1 Euro = 1 Diamond. What Mr_eee is talking about is that the Administrators give 1000 gold for free in the game to players every weekend. I don't think that 1000 gold is much but since you dont agree with the idea at least 500 gold. This way they do attract more players.
i disagree with this completely i think if u want gold you should earn it the usual way not just be given for free
everything is still in the same proportion no matter how much or when you play

well how about 1000/500 only if you do one battle or more, and if you afk you won't get anything?
How about not having to enroll for work every hour. Keep me enrolled where I'm working unless I want to change. Or keep me enrolled for X number of hours.
That way we all have more money too play with.
Other online games provide money while you are offline.

Limited enrollment slots. It wouldn't be fair for people who are online if the facilities are full of players who logged off hours (or days) earlier...

Actually, that would clog up facilities and some people will never get a spot.
Having to work for your money is what makes this game fun and interesting. It reflects real life.

A game where you get gold without playing is coddling you and spoils the economy of the game. No one would want to sell stuff for a profit, no one would want to do anything expect log in once every year and admiring their gold amount since no one would sell anything (no reason to since you have gold), so you would have to just wait to get an artifact drop.
How about giving more money to those who are online ?

If all the job openings would be open to work it would help. I spend a fair amount of time looking for a job and then half to accept the least amount.
Why a pier and lighthouse are available is anyone's guess. Most of the machining and production does not have jobs. Takesister is playing this for the money ? Reflects real life? Then why does this game depend on advancing by getting experience from battles.
The game as it is now just takes too much time to get anywhere and real life is not in front of a computer for endless hours.
As far as I'm concerned, this site isn't a charity. Once you start giving money to people it has to start coming from somewhere else.

In the anniversary news post it mentions there are 9500 active users per day. Sure it's not going to be 9500 DIFFERENT players every day, but imagine if there were 30000 DIFFERENT players every week, that's 30000 times 1000gold, that's 30,000,000 gold every week.

1. Where is this gold going to come from? If they started giving out gold for free, they would have to take it from elsewhere, such as the facilities where YOU enroll. And once they start taking it from the facilities where YOU enroll, there will be no jobs, so you are going to be stuck in the same predicament as you were before.

2.What if every player decides he isn't going to spend his 1000 gold bonus that week? Then there would be no reinvestment BACK into the pockets of the admin and they would find themselves having to give out another 30Million the next week and many of the facilities would grind to a halt.

Think of the economics people!

I think the reverse should happen. Admins should tax all players 1000 gold per week. Why?

I think there's too much gold floating around in the game already. This tax could help encourage players to play instead of creating 20 multis.
#18, or it could have the reverse. To supplement for the 1000 gold they are losing every week , players could go and create 20 multis.
Dizbe Where does the gold come from? Your spending more, the game can have more mines, more production, more activity in a bigger world. have you ever played HOMM? there is never enough money or mines. they build castles to make money and create armies.

Pantheon Maybe if they had more money they would not have to have multi.

How is this for econ 101? If you want to do battle these are necessary

sword = $400
shield = $300
total = $700 both can be used 7 times and have to be repurchased. Usually at least once a day not even $1000 per week

income from a mine $171 per hour to buy above means I have to work over 4 hours to get them and they are only good for 7 times (at 15 min to regenerate that is under 2 hours and then I have to buy again)

Anyone want to say you don't have to change the way money is made.
