Hi,
I had a duel with an elf: https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?warid=479772867
and I noticed my magic arrow was weaker than it should be. I know the elf did not have any dark elf faction skill level, but he had Cape of winds equipped ... so my question is, do cape of winds somehow protect against Magic arrow? (I thought it's not a wind elemental spell)
It's also possible that I simply overlooked something, so please tell me what reduced my spell dmg.

Cape of Winds states:
The garb of alchemists and attendants of magic guilds. The threads of this cape are obtained from rare flowers that grow high in the mountains. Due to their magical properties, the cape grants the wearer 25% air shield.
The Magic Arrow spell states:
Magic arrow Mana cost 4 (Level 1)
Deals Air elemental damage to an enemy target.
Maybe you were thinking of the Magic Punch spell?
Magic punch Mana cost 5 (Level 1)
