mean?

It means that you are faction skill level 0 in Demon have 6.04 faction points in Demon and require 14.0 more points to reach the next faction level in Demon

Just take some minutes and read what Takesister posted.
Basically, to get more powerful, more creatures in your armym more gold to spend on weapons, or simply to do well in the game, just do EVERYTHING as much as possible. :)
Be it hunting faction and faction skill points), enrolling for work (gold), etc, leveling up in all the various guilds will put u in good stead when u go into battle. :)
