i want to ask 2 questions
1) if a magi shoots a succubi/mistress and only they get shot no other enemy or ally only succubi/mistress get attacked then will they retaliate ?
2) same question but if in the shot another opponent or a ally gets attacked then will succubi/mistress retaliate ? |
1) I don't think succubis/mistresses retaliate against magi's shot even if the wizard player targets the succubi/mistresses.
2) They will retaliate against the next shooter. It's just that, in my experience, magi and lorekeepers are the only shooters that won't trigger return fire. |

1. It won't retaliate...I think it might be the "Through Shot" ability that trumps this
2. It only retaliates first time, the retaliation is not unlimited
Further, if a melee unit is blocking succubi, and a ranged shooter hits the succubi, it will not retaliate either. Last, but not least, if a melee unit takes the retal (and the mistress/succubi stack manage to kill the melee stack) the succubi will not retaliate a ranged attack either (at least it used to not, unless this was changed recently).
