In my talent wheel, it's says that for Basic, Advance and Expert Holy Magic talents, "all holy spells efficiency is increased". But the thing is, it don't elaborate further.
For example, the Twilight talent, it specifically states that spell power is increased by 3. So what exactly are increased for the holy magic spells?
1) Is it a fixed increase for each? If so, what is the increase? 0.001% is also an increase. :p
2) What are the factors (if any) that determines the increase? |
