Secretary is just a generic character used for communication with Game Administration.
Secretary never replies to anyone. It's not a bug but a policy. Players writing to Secretary should not expect any reply.
But messages written to Secretary are being read, and considered.
One last point before closing this thread:
Donating funds brings diamonds, which already offer plenty of advantages - but certainly not grumbling rights. |
