About 10% for weapons and 20% for armour and jewelery, I believe, for a +1 AP increase.
So a 4x10% weapon or a 4x20% Armour/Jewelery is +4AP to original artifact |
Takesister is on average correct about those numbers.
But a real example is that sword of might without enchants is 8 AP, but with 2x4% it becomes 9 AP. |
