| uhh guys, kusika was punished for a giveaway combat not staged battle didn't he? | As far as I know, at the end of the game the more troops you have lost, the more xp you get.
This is a false statement as far as I know. :-) | When I think about this: Its a sad thing.
1.Kotrin cannot apologise, because he cannot lose his strong face as a keeper, who stands behind his decisions, even if those decisions are unpopular.
2.And Kusika catched himself in similar situation, because in anger, he promised he wont come back until Kotrin apologise. So the power needed for Kusika`s comeback is partially in hands of Kotrin, because Kusika cannot return before the apology(which wont come because of part 1).
He cannot return for reasons similar to those of Kotrin. Both of them are bound to keep Kusika not playing because one of them would have to admit being wrong for Kusika to come back. And as long as Kusika playing once again is non of Kotrin`s concern, it is up to Kusika to choose between losing his face and his word or not playing ever again. :-)

Kotrin's decision may be un-popular with some but he is just doing his job and he has fined others the same so it is not aimed just at Kusika

And in line 3.16 we cant see anything about FSP. Moderators (Takesister & Kotrin) insistently ask us to read https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1853328 or clan page of keepers https://www.lordswm.com/clan_info.php?id=7373, But all its concern to forum section 'Complaints and applications - Violations in tavern and battles' only about what we can write there. And its don’t concern to the rules.
Here I stay on my opinion that I’m right and many of you understand it.
2. Kusika
There are some principles, that I use if somebody offend you unfair than you must to do repulse or you will be under offend in second, in third time and even when overweight is not on your side. Than next time this somebody will well think before offend you.
Many of players here told that 1000g is not a problem and many players gain that punishment. Right, problem here is not in money, but in fact that many players are under punishes by doublemind rules and this is the general game problem. Moderators need to do some actions with rules its not so hard, talk with administration. If you will not receive answers, than talk with more experienced players and make an official announcement.
3. Kotrin
The situation on server now is that administrations will not enter our problem (this is not only concern this case). I understand them. So our keepers are with Good button.
I very good understand that Kotrin don't want to lose his face but courage is to recognize our mistakes too. On Russian server keepers recognize their mistakes – it is not a problem.
Ill show an example. Im trying always to not late on my work, not because Im afraid of my boss, but because if Ill late once, Ill get use to it and this will be again and again and Ill take it as usual. The same in this case - having risen once over the law you will be there forever.
4. How to take off this conflict.
In this game I achieved all what I want - I have spent well time, mat many interesting people with whom I communicated and aspired to results. This so known calling TOP always hold me in form and I always was responsible for my actions. So I can go off with clear soul. But going off now Ill show that here is no justice on this server and will not in future and its useless to go against system.
I wrote to Secretary on September 9 as demand rules and on 99% I confident that will not gain answer. I will play and on every excess of powers I will answer by strict measures on forum.
About Kotrins apologies - his behavior spoilt my opinion about him and its not so important to me now. I hope that this incident will force keepers to think about taking decisions in questions at issue and not to exceed power.
Also I want to say to players if moderators (or keepers) are exceed power its not means that they do their work badly - on the contrary they well enough consult, but everyone from us (player, moderator, keeper) must to observe official rules of this project, that were write by administrations. | | Of course the 3rd choice is to rise above it and find out nothing is ever fair. Our story started earlier, with a complaint for a list of giveaway combats between MasterTI and china_blue99. It lead me to check rules, #373 clan page, and ask around (Other keepers, .ru pages). All replies I were crystal clear: it was a giveaway combat. Dan-Panic had been punished for the same MONTHS ago.
MasterTI and china_blue99 received a 1000 gold warning each.
Even if there were some disagreement by PM, everyone came to accept the situation. I wasn't very fond of the rule personally, but my feelings were irrelevant.
Later, I received a PM notification of a similar fight by a witness, where you ambushed MasterTI and gave away FSP:

Harm was done. I could not ignore the offense. I had two choices: reporting the issue myself or waiting for someone else to report it.
In order to minimize the consequences, I opted for the second solution. I opened a thread in Complaints and Applications. Should I have waited, someone else would have reported this, and probably differently. The person may have mentioned dozens of fights of this kind in your log. You would then have faced harsher penalties. The *only* possible situation to give you a mere warning was to be quick.
I actually tried to be nice to you.
The penalty was obvious, the same than MasterTI and china_blue99. A 1000-gold WARNING.
It drove you mad.
By PM, full of hate, you demanded me to erase the penalty from my log. You brought the case to the forum, expressing outrage, lying over what I had replied to you by email and asking everyone to judge me as a Keeper. You wanted me to apologize or resign. I received dozens of PM telling me how bad I was. Some of your friends, like MoonVampire, went as far as to publish on their personal page that I admitted being wrong but had no means of amending myself - a blatant lie.

What a turmoil in forums!
The smear campaign lasts to this day. A complete success. I receive PM of people afraid of agreeing with me publicly for fear of reprisal.
You never left the game, actually. I knew it. Today you come down again discussing with us, lowly mortals. But you are wrong on so many accounts that this discussion leads nowhere.
Contrary to what you claim, this case is not the result of my decision alone. It is not an abuse of my position. I have a sufficient self-esteem to admit when I'm wrong and laugh about myself. It just does not apply here.
There is a justice on this server, punishing the weak and the powerful alike. I could not care less if you were #2 or #2491.
Will I be hated and despised forever? Maybe. So be it. I'm thick-skinned.

100% right.most of the people who are posting here is just as a suck up for Kusika,they have no idea about what is happening
and if a law keeper did his job in a fine way with out a fault in it so what,he saw something wronge and he fixed he shouldn`t just look on the other way because Kusika is in the TOP 3

What is wrong if we see our mistakes? You did so much good work till now Kotrin.

Kusika isnt the first one being fined for such. I got fined myself and I didnt made a community claim for that. You cheat, you get punished, thats how it work.
Cause Kusika is Number 2, seems like everyone is taking his side, WAKE UP, he broke the rules. Giveaway fsp/xp is an offense, writing in the clan 'Keepers' thats all you have to see. Im number 208, did I made a big whoopidoo, no, I took it like a man and talk with Kotrin to fix that, fix the rules, get them all at the same place, update the existing one, tried to work with him, and not against him.
Kusika, thats childish, thats all it is.

It doesn't compare to the level (they are just unreal) it compares t the statement before.
