No. Not if you show that he was invited to the clan after that and that the gold was used to do that.
I believe you would need to hand the gold to someone else right? Put the explanation there.

| You send the gold to the treasurer stating "Gold from XXX for entry into plan". The amount will co-relate and that's enough |
The problem of transfers without description is that people can only try to figure out what this was for. Clan invitation is a good reason, but by checking your transfer log I see:
09-18-09 08:37: Received 1800 Gold from benz_clk :

09-17-09 03:13: Received 400 Gold from hero_cyclone :
09-16-09 16:08: Received 400 Gold from benz_clk :

And that's just page one. Those transfers are suspicions indeed.
Do you take Ore for clan fees?
Usually, I clear these interrogations by checking the transfer log of the other guy. Taking benz_clk as an example (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_transfers.php?id=4613077), we can see very obviously that's he's a cheater of the most common sort, siphoning gold from jaishil, jaxi_12345, hz2 and perhaps other.
So I'd consider benz_clk gold as dirty money, and would not like any transfer from this guy in my log.
Even better, if we browse to page 3 of the aforementioned player (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_transfers.php?id=4613077&page=2) we can see that you know him well. |
-but clan fee is 2500 and he gave 1800 and 4 ore as 700 gold only
-cool_sam also gave 2000 gold for invitation and 500 is left so i have not invited him
-benz_clk gave 400 gold to tell him how to inmake 50 mana at level 5 as he was not knowing ption of obivions use same with hero_cyclon and i dont knoe why they didnt asked in queries and help

well, I would handle this situation this way:
1, receive any money without description
2, send the money back
3, write PM to send the payment again, this time with PROPER description
4, repeat 1, 2, and 3, until receive mentioned payment with description :)
but I would not undescribed payments as a problem as long as it was less than 30% of sender's cash/property. |
