There is much to do with cheaters and its a priority imo, like Arctic said in other topic "arctic is back!" he has much work to do, so now we can wait some more time and now we know that .com is not alone

Actually I did that for my first 10, which were all ignored. So then I started longer threads with my longest thread being over 100 posts. And my first posts were done before what players would call the admins leaving and certainly before Arctic left. |
I see many topics in the complaints have been closed by Artic ... so I think he is also taking actions ...

But I fear than, unless Arctic is chained to his keyboard for the next three weeks, it won't be enough to deal with all the backlog of cheaters. We've gold plenty of these one-time bursts of justice in the past. They don't have any lasting effects, unfortunately.

Aah Kotrin and his optimism. Just give him a break, if he just closes half a page every day, the topic is clean in 3 months. :-) But the cheating bubble will crush when players notice that there is a chance to get a penalty. :) |

Actually half a page per day won't be enough. There's more than half a page daily new reports. And if you forget that before the cheaters notice and worry about being blocked, the reporters would actually start working harder and reporting even more cheaters. So if Arctic chains himself to his keyboard for 3 months, he'll only clear the backlog and not any of the increased new reports of cheaters.
But I'm glad that something is being done. There are many flaws with the game, but I was getting tired of the numerous whining topics. |
