1. each point reduces time till you get a next quest by 2 minutes. Reputation 10 = a quest each 20 minutes.
2. Neutral creatures are all enemies where there isn't a HERO involved... so: yes. |

| I think rep also has an impact on how likely you are to get an element drop though not 100% sure on this but just from personal observation and what others have also said. |

i found an olsd answer by Shebali:
Hunter set bonus works in hunts (obviously ;) and a few of the merc quests (against monster-creatures and quests where you have to fight several waves of same creatures) |
