You need to list your main & alts in all your profiles.
Your main can be any of your characters as long as your alts have not done any of the actions which are not allowed?
3.10. It is allowed to create additional characters to familiarize yourself with features of other factions. Additional character must be completely independent; remember, that multichars created for financial profiting of the main character in any way are blocked without hesitation. One player may have up to 3 characters (one main and two extras).
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one.
3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.13.2. Additional characters are not allowed to enchant or repair other players' items.
3.13.3. Additional characters are not allowed to transfer items for repairing or enchanting.
3.13.4. Additional characters are not allowed to take or give items for rent.
3.13.5. Additional characters are not allowed to buy avatars (even at the expense of the main character) or any other game services.
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
Additional characters can enter the Guild using diamonds, but the TGIs and artifacts received as guild bonuses cannot be traded to other characters. We would like to remind you that additional characters only serve to get acquainted with the features of other factions

So as long as none of his characters have done anything not permitted for an alt as I said above he can choose any as his main as often as he wants :)

Which is pretty rare actually.. but possible.
Your character must not have been in a clan, not repaired/enchanted or asked someone to do it for you, not bought anything that is not market priced...
Unless you specifically made sure your character didn;t do that, seldom does one have such a character. |
In this specific case though, both his characters mentioned: ngocok & kontol, do meet these requirements. As long as he does not have any other characters he has not mentioned yet.
He DOES need to add this info to his profiles though. |

| Well, if you can play the game for a long time and have ALL your character abide by the rules of what a multi can and cannot do just to change between them, I don't think anyone would stop you... |
