| hey guys my friend survive just gave me 17k as gift.when i use the 30% rule the maximum he can give is 22800.So is it illegal or legal.Should i return it? |
I think its legal cuz
30/100*76000=22800. |
Based on Survive's log, it appears to be a loan that got waived and as you say, is within his 30% for this month (given it's the start of the month).
It is legal. |
