Because it is not a primary parameter
primary parameters only include:
Attack
Defense
Knowledge
Spell Power |
| because its not possible, you can only increase them with artifacts and talents or from racial bonus |
| No one can, some factions get talents to boost those, or mini arts. |
| oh ok did not know luck, morale and init were not primary parameters |
