as it is understood by our moderators (and explained their point of view) are in contradiction. Any discussion in between the clan members is considered a "bump" or "flood" by our moderators (I got banned for that). So, please, update the rules in the the clans part of the forum with explicit understanding that the intra-clan discussions are allowed. |

Seems so. Clan ownership can only be transferred when Clan treasury is zero, there is nothing new. But now it's clearly stated that any "side transfer" along with ownership change is illegal. So in effect - and to my understanding - you can't ask for any compensation when transferring leadership, so yes, no more clan sell and buy. |

I have a doubt. Does this also mean that any form of indirect payment to recruiters (e.g. giving clan points which will later grant a small bonus) are forbidden now too? |

Maybe my example is not the most eloquent (about the ban), but I've seen more eloquent cases.
Also, "bump" means any post which has the only purpose to bring the thread in the first position(s), while my post was when the thread was already on the first position. It is not a complaint, but a request for defining clearer rules in the clans part of the forum.
I apologize if I offended any moderator, it wasn't my aim here. I just want that the moderators opinions to be updated their understanding about bumps and flood in that part of the forum and the regular users to have a written thing to defend themselves. |

Does this also mean you can't make 'gifts' up to 30% of your property (to the former clan leader) before or after receiving clan leadership, if so is there a term you can't make presents or will this be permanent? |

It seems so. But is recruiting even needed? Make a good clan with your friends, and people will join by their own will, no spamming people will be necessary. It's that simple. |
