Show off arts [providing you have a trophy room], recover troops + mana faster, rent out to other people

you can enter anyone's estate who has vacant room if they rent it out, OR if they have a reception built to automate the system of assigning rooms to people

1) Estates are used by having a room in them. Their effect last as long as you are in that area (and even when you return to it later) for as long as you have the room

2) You regenerate faster and the owner can use it to store and earn money

3) If the estate can be entered, click the ">>".
