You just send the pm you received to secretary, and in your message you explain whats wrong with it.(with as much details as possible)
When secretary reads it, "it" will decide if the person should get punished or not. "It" wont send you a pm back. |

For example if your keeper case got closed you can still contact the keepers with more solid proof and arguments that sometimes changes their minds? |

You are supposed to post all details and facts in the first message. There is no bargaining nor discussion with administration. Admins decisions are supposed to be final. Only exception is when you find another important evidence or info related to your case. |
