| I didn't actually read all of this but, I think top players and they would have to be rensponsible if they should be able to help Arctic. If these players put enough time into this game to reach level 14 they really love this game. |
look the games fine where getting updates and that again stop complaining and as for the if its not fine there will be silence not true ppl will always complain it depends on each person what they like and people always do there best to find something to complain about my only complaint is reading posts full of winers you dont like how the game is then dont play I think if we advertised ourselfs on a rating thing and voted like .ru does we would get alot more ppl faster but thats all there is to it

Gee I'm glad you stopped by the forum. You are a perfect example of a problem that we have here. See, you placed in the money for 6th level in the tournament and one look at your transfer log shows you shouldn't be collecting any gold at all but because we are so shorthanded with admins here, you will collect someone else's gold and then be fined or blocked later, robbing the rightful player of his/her reward. We need more admins big time. |

Seriously, the game's NOT 'fine' if someone with as many illegal transfers as you is still playing and, more importantly, benefiting from the game.
If I were you, I would have been wiser and refrained from posting in the forums to bring attention to yourself.
Believe me, I may not know if it's gonna happen later today or years from now, but you and your multis WILL be punished with a block/fine.
As for this topic, my opinion can be summed up pretty easily -
The powers-to-be knows Arctic need help. They probably already know the potential the international version (.com) of this game far exceeds that of their local version (.ru). The major obstacle is the developer and his trusted circle of aids probably lack enough English proficiency to further improve and market this great game.
In the same vein, giving complete stranger(s) full excess to the heartbeat of the game (game codes/scripts) is a mighty leap of faith, and is probably too big a risk for them to take, and one they are unwilling to make. |
From purely a fiscal point of view...Arctic deserves more help...the diamonds generated on this server should grant him that much. Plus, a server that relies on ONE person is doomed. We need a team here...and Arctics only responsibility should not be to work this server. He is also a player, and plays here when able. But with all the back logging, do you think he'll want to play? If I were in his shoes, I'd be screaming for more support, and he probably might be.
But look at all the players that have taken him for granted, and further, do not realize he is ONE man to deal with thousands of problems lol. Join us in trying to ease Arctic's workload. This is especially important for Diamond donators...we have paid for this server, so that it is free for everyone. We can continue to pay if we think the money really is going into THIS server.

thats just my point everyone complains but he has been trying I look at it as why complain and wine thats probably why he left for a while needed a break from the work load Im just happy he back and where getting updates again
furthmore maybe you should look at my log further I have sent and recieved loans with friends a few times and that money will be going to pay off some of my loan
I do appreciate you care about the game as so do I and yes cheaters are a problem but you get that everywhere warcraft big thing you still get hackers ect.... so next time please just ask before you assume thank you

| It was Arctics idea to make an international one and it’s still HIS baby ^^ You know baby often crying and cause a fuss but its always more fun to watch and play with, so it'll be very difficult for the owner to just ignore and leave, even with all discontent. |

i would say, it is all about admin attitude on the server.
yes, Arctic had did great job. he is the one execute admin plan. but, the final decision still fall to admin.
Skunder, some mods do show some respond. but, the topic doesnt go through admin. hence, it doesnt really help unless admin do read it. |
Puh-lease. Arctic this, Arctic that... He is certainly pivotal to the catch-up of this server (regarding translation, for example) but if he's out for a week it's not the end of the world. Mines have been refilled (in GC, and the famous Sulfur mine of YL as well). So don't limit .com administration to just Arctic.
Moreover, even during the "Dark age" there were still players in this game.
Also, back on topic: discontent scares newcomers and is for sure bad advertisement. If one wanders to forum and sees doom and gloom everywhere, he may head elsewhere, with a more supportive community (although this is probably the same in every online game I've played).
Imagine, you walk to a store to buy a new cell phone and the customer next to you is yelling at the desk. Is it an incentive to buy or to get away quickly, in your opinion?
Few people understand immediately that complaints are made by passionate players. Most changes - even Grand Update ones - are almost unnoticed unless you are level 6 and attempt thieving, and some are even more related to high-level players (10+). That's quite a journey from registration day. |
