do you want them to get punished or just report them, if you want to report them there is a section for that near the bottom of the forum page. Complaints and applications under the "justice" section, open a new thread on this person if there isnt already one open, do a little searching first. but copy and paste all the info you have one this person, including transfer logs/ game logs, which ever one shows where they went wrong.
now on the other hand, if you actually want them to get punished, i would turn to voodoo or some other type of myth like religion to go about it by yourself. you have a better chance of seeing them punished that way. |
