| Find the price of the artifacts are full durability, then add in the cost of the enchantments, then reduce the price based on the durability reduction. |
Depends on how quickly you want to sell. Low price if you wish to sell quickly. High price if you wish to get gold.
Or you can try starting with a high price, then keep lowering the price till someone buys it. |
