| I think it means that when they attempted to take 20k from you, you did not have enough. Hold on to your current gold, and when they check your application again, you will get your clan if you still have more than 20k. |

Because if he does spend that gold now before the next check he wont get his clan again.
The steps are pretty clear. Just imagine some admin going through applications once in while 1-2 months. If you didnt have the gold when admin checked, he didnt accept your application. |

It takes time for the admins to approve of the clan. Make sure you have the 20k in account all the time.
There have been clans which weren't confirmed for over 3 months. Bepatient and wait. |
